this song is a summation of every other song’s theme, i think. then it ends, and the project is over, and you’re all like, “nice.” & i’m all like, “exaaaaactly.” this was the final song i recorded for the EP. when dev and i started working together, one of the first songs we made was one i called “nice.” it gave us the project’s title but the song sucked in comparison to everything else we’d eventually make, so we scrapped it and kept the name. i really wanted a titular track though, so i went in with the intention of calling this song “nice,” (kinda like how i did with death proof), and that’s how this one was born. produced by devin malik, vocal production by henry was, mixed + mastered by phase.
