Jasani Jacobs is a Guyanese-born, US-based DJ and chef who grew up in a house filled with women. He was raised by his mother with his sisters and his cousins. The women in his life gave Jasani an upbringing filled with nurture and support. When he's not DJing, he works in hospitality and nightlife. An unfortunate event happened in April while we were on our first tour. Jasani was put in a situation where he had to defend a friend, and himself, from a sexually violent predator. Jasani made an announcement to his supporters on Instagram:

"I defended myself and my loved ones from a sexual predator on tour and was arrested for it. I was successful in the tussle and the guy who was committing the assault called the police on me and pressed charges. I myself got molested at a very young age, it’s actually how I lost my virginity, and so you can see how I myself may have been triggered, which led me to giving him a good thumping that I guess hurt so bad, he had to call the police."

Jasani is looking at 2 years in jail for coming to the defense of a woman. Yet another example of the justice system failing to uphold true justice.

In order to help Jasani pay for his lawyer fees, we are selling merch! Whether it be $5, $10, or $100, all donations help! Even if you cannot donate, a share goes a long way and it might reach somebody who can. We appreciate you and thank you so much for your support.
