i’ve been back in new york for a little bit over a week now and i’ve gracefully and immediately fallen back into my regular routine. i missed the blizzard here due to being in LA, and although i miss that sun, yesterday was new york’s first 60+ degree day of the winter. my spirits are high, to say the least! that’s why when brandon banks texted me to tell me he’s in town and invited me to choker’s event that started right when i got off work and was only an 11-minute walk from my job, i said hell yeah! i even bought a new outfit for it on my lunch break so that i can be dressed like Amindi the Person and Artist——not Amindi the Employee. (i can turn anything into a reason to shop.) i saw so many friendly faces at the event and ended my night at a barcade with nomi, rahm, choker, and zack villere (frickin froyo ma, dude. i was a little drunk & kept saying “big fan” to him lol.) it was awesome.

today is my work friday. i get to work out, make music, and get my hair done on my upcoming off days. i've been taking sweet, sweet care of myself. that’s my fuckin baby, mannnnn. <3
