i’m at my gate in LAX waiting to head back to new york. i’m sad to leave! i was getting used to the sun and the autonomy of driving and the access to my friends & family and making music every single day. the songs i’ve made on this trip have been literally amazing. i feel so, super aligned and proud. i’m excited to keep nurturing and pouring into this very special album. one thing that i am looking forward to when i’m back in ny is returning to my routine: work four days a week, studio with kurt & gabe two days a week, my weekly barre class, my monday night hangs with syena. making collages. this trip was almost perfect, though. i want to run it back with slight improvements very soon. it went by so quickly, but i feel i’ve made the most of it. i’m gonna attempt to curate a LA photo dump for instagram while i wait for my plane…
