yesterday, day 2 of my 3 off days :-), i stayed in and did pretty much nothing all day. it was awesome. i edited a video together for Steady, one of the songs i have coming out, but that was it.

i loveeee hanging with myself, mixing mine with other people’s energy is when it sometimes gets tricky. it’s mercury retrograde though, so we move. certain things are so interesting to notice when people think you’re not noticing. one of the songs i have coming out, Playground, pointedly states: “what you gotta say? go ahead and say now. but if you ain’t gon say it wit your chest baby, keep it on the playground.” i really know how to make a song for myself. anyways…

today’s thanksgiving. i didn’t fly home for it because they’d rather have me for christmas, so i’ll be spending today alone and i can’t wait to see what i end up doing :-) my barre class has options today, but today’s teacher is toughhh. maybe i’ll do it anyway to feel something. i could make a day of it on that side of town, too; get my nails done if they’re open, go to my favorite diner if they’re open, maybe even catch a movie! mmm. my sweet little life and its favorite treats.

i’m back home from my day! my barre class hurt so good, my nail shop & diner were closed, and Zootopia 2 made me cry. i had a pretty mid egg & cheese croissant from a deli i never go to. all in all, i had a nice time with myself. now i’m naked in my bed where i belong. my bestie’s family invited me over for thanksgiving dinner :-) i might have enough time for a nap…
