i picked up collaging in july. also, about 3 weeks ago i started microdosing shrooms again. today was my first of three off days this week. i usually would’ve spent today making music with kurt & gabe, but they went home for the holidays. so, instead, i walked to the home goods/craft store and balled out. i just felt like making something today and wanted to productively channel my creative energy. i needed something to take the edge off, and it worked :-) i made a yassified jamaican flag. it’s just v1, though. i believe i’ll try again another time and attempt to do a better job, but i had fun making it. i listened to a lot of good music today. some good podcasts & interviews, too. i love laughing and thinking and nurturing myself.
